
After a three year lapse between albums, Gwen Stefani is set to release The Sweet Escape on December 5th, 2007, according to The Associated Press.
Although it's not really digging the first cut from the disc, "Wind It Up" (the song features some uber-annoying yodeling I couldn't overlook), the slower tempo "4 In the Morning," seems much more promising.
There is a ton of pressure on the singer to live up to her massively successful solo disc, Love.Angel.Music.Baby., and there is faith she can do it. But really, after spending the past year listening to cheap imitators like Fergie, there was welcomed any new material from ! Gwen Stefany.
